In the early 20th century, as women gained rights and entered the workforce, fashion evolved to reflect newfound freedom. Restrictive corsets gave way to menswear-inspired silhouettes, symbolizing empowerment and change. My work merges these identities—pairing delicate elements like lace and draping with structured tailoring. Inspired by vintage chemises and historic detailing, I reinterpret them through a modern lens, creating pieces that transcend gender norms and celebrate self-expression, confidence, and the enduring strength of feminine identity.
